Founded in 1999, the firm invests directly and/or with co-investors, including venture capital (VC) firms (private, institutional & corporate), private equity (PE) firms and private/angel investors, and identifies sources of capital. The firm also originates VC, PE and merger & acquisition (M&A) transactions (equity, debt, etc.), and provides retained transactional advisory & consulting services.

Geographic preference is the U.S. West Coast, but the firm will consider investments and clients regardless of locale.
